The vision of Tucson Short Film Festival is to become a core platform for global short filmmakers and promote communication and understanding between different cultures. We are committed to promoting innovation and creativity, providing an opportunity for emerging film talents to showcase and grow, and also hope to bring diverse and inspiring film and television experiences to the audience.
In the next few years, we plan to:
Expand international influence: By cooperating with more international film festivals, we will enhance the global visibility of Tucson Short Film Festival and attract more international creators and audiences to participate.
Strengthen local community participation: Increase more opportunities for local short filmmakers to participate, hold film creation workshops and lectures, and enhance the community's awareness and interest in film art.
Promote diversity and inclusion: Continue to pay attention to and showcase creations from different backgrounds and cultures, and ensure that all voices can be equally displayed and recognized.
Support creator development: Establish scholarships and funding programs to help potential short film creators realize their projects and provide them with more resources and platforms.

Industry Dialogue: Participate in forums hosted by well-known directors, producers, screenwriters, etc., and conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as filmmaking, market trends, and technological innovation.
Workshops: Participate in workshops designed specifically for filmmakers to learn the latest shooting techniques, post-production techniques or financing strategies, and improve professional skills.
